Halo Hermina 5.0.19

The Mobile Application will be used by patients to register and access information connected to the hospital system, which will be known by the doctor.

This application is beneficial in facilitating patient registration, helping patients to know doctor's schedules, and assisting patients in finding the nearest Hermina hospital.

Instructions:

1. Proceed to the registration menu and complete the registration process. Both existing patients with an MRID/Book Number and new patients without an MRID can register.
2. If you do not have an MRID, simply leave the MRID field blank and complete the other required input fields provided. Then, complete the registration process and log in using the registered user ID to proceed with doctor appointments.
3. If you already have an MRID/Book Number, enter your MRID (e.g., A369516), provide your DOB, and complete the other required input fields. The system will authenticate your MRID and DOB. Then, log in to proceed with doctor appointments.
4. Once logged in successfully, you can add other patients or family members who are either existing patients or are new and want to register as patients at RS Hermina.
5. If the MRID and DOB do not match, please contact our call center at 1500488 to verify that the MRID number is correct.
